Baby Blue Vinyl
Released in early 2019, City Pop was Benny Sings’ first release for Stones Throw. Now available on transparent ‘baby blue’ vinyl. The album was inspired by and written in cities allover the world, including New York, LA, Tokyo, Paris and Benny’s hometown of Amsterdam.
City Pop sees Benny blend influences of AOR, R&B, pop, soul and jazz. The album was co-produced by Renaud Letang of Studio Ferber in Paris, who has worked with Feist, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Lianne La Havas.
